Delivery of your parcel
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via UPS with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you would prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before selecting this option. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Delivery charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whilst postage costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed individually, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are sufficiently large and your items are well protected.
